Hi,

Yes I am planing on doing so.  I just found it strange that it would act that 
way for some reason.  Any how Things are running much better here after doing 
the clean install.

Doesn’t sound too bad, you can always set up two-factor authentication later in 
System Preferences>iCloud and by clicking account details under your name.
