now I have to see if I can assign signatures to email accounts.

If you go to Mail > Preferences, and get into the toolbar, one of the options
is Signatures. If you click on that, you’ll go into a table that lists all the
available signatures you have. If you select a particular signature, you can
then VO right once, and it will put you into a text
third one is the one I can't fine. I manage to name it but I don't know how to
