Hi Chris,
I have to admit,
It was a google search that told me this.
Caused by trying numerous times to reboot my pohne and it wasn’t doing it.
Thought I’d check to make sure I had the key press right, turns out I didn’t
and had
to doing some thing one way and someone goes and changes
it.

Hi Chris,
Not sure to be honest,
I only struck it the other day with my new 7+.
I haven’t tried it with the 6s+ but I wondered if it’s due to the way the
new button works as it’s not realy a button like
a new change.

That’s right Chris. No more using the home button with the power button.
From here on out, it’s power plus volume down.
Way easier I think.

So, power and volume down. I've never heard of that, is that basically now
what you do instead of power and home?

Hi Simon, I haven’t had the locking up problem but yes, when the phone is
charging it will warm. It won’t go all Samsung on you don’t worry but when
it’s charging it warms. Once charged it cools and returns to normal
temperature

My adapter gets warm, but not the phone.

The adapter definitely gets warm and the phone for me stays warm up until about
85% charge during the charge cycle when the charger backs off and trickles the
rest of the way to 100%.

Mary,
I don’t have an iPhone 7 but my 6S does get quite warm occasionally when
charging. It doesn’t happen all the time though.

Hi Simon,
No, I can't say that I have experienced any of the things you mentioned. It may
get slightly warm when charging, although I don't think it's anything more than
any other phone that I have had. I have the Apple leather case for mine, so the
front is open. And I really don't think it
