Hello Laura, this is the way I do it. I navigate to the field that I want to put the contacts in. Which Will be either that to, or BCC field. Then I typed the first letter, I'm the contact that I want. Then once I select a, with Down arrow keys, then I use a right arrow, and then repeat the same process. Until I have all the contacts that I wish to select. I hope this helps, and if you need any further clarification please feel free to ask.
