you can download an entire album from safari using Voiceover, but to download 
individual songs you will need the desktop client.

I have found that in-order to use it, it is necessary to turn off cursor

yeah. I completely agree. downloads used to be easy on Amazon music and now, as 
I said I can't even purchase music.

Just tried the number...it does work.
Honestly, please call, ask for a supervisor, and demonstrate the problem 
where they can hear you.

Otherwise amazon has no reason to fix things.
