When I try to start /usr/bin/dictd I get:
/bin/sh: /usr/bin/dictd: not found
If the kernel / dynamic loader cannot load the binary,
you get a message like this. I think it can happen
also if some library linked by the binary is missing.
dictd is simply taken from the Debian package for
