OK, Igor. Fair enough. But, now I got you. 770 has no firewall. I'm not
paranoid, but it is must_have for long on the line.

Hello all,
I apologize if this is a re-post, but the reason I am asking this again
seems to be because there isn't a clear answer in the WiKi:
I wold like to re-flash my N770. due to battery problems - it drains too
fast...
I thought of removing 3rd. party software and test it - but I figure

I upgraded my Nokia 770 to IT 2006 v. 2.206.39-14.
When I try to access gmail through the browser it complains that I
don't have javascript enabled. I don't remember getting these
messages before. I don't see where to enable/disable javascript.
Where do I do this?

I must have overlooked it before, as I had already looked under...
Web Menu > Tools > Settings > General
but it is there under Memory Cache.
Thanks,

Thanks for the VNC viewer,
but the install fails on my n800 for the want of libxau
Can I fix this myself, or do I need to wait for another version of VNC viewer.
I love this device

My N800 was working yesterday. Today, it refused to boot. Plugging in
the charger causes it to flash its screen every 6 seconds or so; at
first Nokia appears on the screen, but after a while the screen is
blank when luminous.
I tried reflashing. The reflash seemed to proceed normally, but failed
