Hello! Please make it clear, at least for newcomers, how to package translated man pages in Mageia. Our policies and guidelines aren't clear. https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Packaging_guidelines#Handling_Locale_Files suggested, before the latest changes, with "If the package includes translation
