Hi, Kristina,
It might worth filling in another issue, as this one above is related to
malformed registration URL.
It definitely needs more detailed information, logs, ensuring that mail is
being filtered by spamchecks on client side, etc. At the moment it sounds more
like a mail delivery

Title:
Passwort reminder is not sent if user disables email in settings
Status
Hello Alex, I can't replicate it, email with password reset link is
being delivered even if email is disabled in user settings.
Just to be sure, are you talking about the case when user has forgotten
the password, then (s)he clicks on lost username/password link, fills
in username or email and
Hi Ruslan,
yes that's exactly what I'm talking about. Did you set Email to disabled in
your settings? I'm running Mahara 1.3.3 and can replicate the bug.
Here's what Mahara says:
Sorry, email is disabled for the email address or username you entered. Please

$user-ignoredisabled = true;
after $user is pulled from the database and before it's passed to email_user
In email_user we modify
Hi Ruslan,
Will do either if I get more info from the person who had the issue the
latest or when it comes up again. :-)
Cheers

Fix Released
Bug
Hi -
Thanks for looking into this problem - this is much easier to fix in Moodle
than Mahara as Moodle already has the concept of wantsurl built into the
authentication system.
I have committed a hybrid fix to HEAD that will preserve a wantsurl
query string parameter throughout the saml
