When the forum topic is deleted, all its posts remain in the RSS. This
is not the case when a single forum post is deleted, in which case it
disappears from the feed as expected.
This has been reported in the forum:
Two related issues:
a) When the topic is deleted, the deleted flag is not updated for all posts
that belong to the topic.
b) SQL query for feedtype 'f' does not include t.deleted=0 condition.
Fixing either (ideally both) of them will resolve the issue, unless
there is an intention not to mangle

talked to Sean via Jabber. This problem occurred on accounts that had
already existed prior to the 1.4 update. New accounts get the Journal
correctly.
