For phpunit testing, we need to reconnect to the database between unit
tests because phpunit backs up and restores globals between tests.
Bit of a pain to deviate (once again) from the adodb distribution but
this is only required for the unit tests so packaging (e.g. debian)

For unit testing, or scripted user management for that matter, there may be the
need to create and remove the same user multiple times over a short period. The
current deletion method is to alter the username and e-mail address to suffix
deleted.time()

Confirmed. Kinda. I was testing with firefox 6 on linux.
A link with no query or anchor will be displayed as a completely blank
href in the saved page, but with the appending %20 (for each extra
space) in the html view. This applies to 1 or more spaces after the url.
