We should remove custom parsing code from the external media block where
possible, and just let HTML Purifier filter the code when we detect that
the user has pasted embed code (as opposed to just a URL). This will
remove code duplication.

When you want to add / update users by CSV, you always need to provide a
password. This is fine for adding users but not when you just want to
update some of their fields.
When updating users, the password should not be required field.

* Put a plan by itself in a view, no other blocks. (this will eliminate other
javascript which might be conflicting)
* Test on demo.mahara.org
* Check with ie9 on other computers

When users add a picture to a textbox on a page, and wrap the picture in
a link (say, to show a full sized version), upon the page being copied
by other users, the link and image urls remain un-converted to the
copying user's copy of the file.
