I've identified this as a source of frustration amongst new users.
Information about yourself is split amongst four different Mahara pages:
1. The Profile Page: This is the View that other users see when they
click on your name, customisable with blocks like any other View

I propose the following changes:
1. Make the user's profile icon in the profile side block, into a
clickable link to the Content-Profilepictures page. I've already done

In a Mahoodle-type setup, if an institution membership is full (as in
Institution::$members['maxuseraccounts'] is reached), new users cannot
