When you view "Pages and collections" via the "Old raw" theme, you don't
see the "Manage" button for collections. The "Edit" button also goes to
the "Edit" screen for the first page rather than the collection details.

With the changes to the new theme, changes seem to have been made to the
header. When you are in Default, Raw, Modern or Configurable, the
content is not pushed down enough and the login box for example is right
on the header with two header

Hi dajan,
We provide information on how to install gulp in the theme readme. If
you are not using Linux, this may be different. You could just run gulp
rather than make css. I think make css may only work on Linux but not
Mac.
Gulp is the way of automatically updating the themes. :-)

Mahara 16.04 and 16.10:
When you use the Modern theme in Mahara 16.04, the link to the author
(the normal link, not the hover) can hardly be seen as it's too light.
In Mahara 16.10 it's slightly better as it's in a dark green, but that
color is wrong as the theme should not
