Adding an profile picture as a background image for a skin causes
errors:
[WAR] ef (artefact/lib.php:177) Artefact type mismatch. You are trying to use
this profileicon as a image.
Call stack (most recent first):
ArtefactType->__construct(35, null)
The artefact file id is also stored in the column bodybgimg or viewbgimg
of the table skin.

Image selection in editting text boxes (editnote.php) works like in journal
entry.
But it does not work when configuring a text box of a page.
