I agree that it would be nicer to have the artefact chooser / uploader
here to be consistent with other places in mahara. It is a non trivial
change for minor gain though

Richard, when I tried to use the file upload, I was expecting it to
behave in exactly the same way as other uploads - e.g. javascript upload
without having to submit the form for the file to be uploaded. On deeper
inspection, it appears that the file upload on the comments input areas
don't even
Ah yeah I can see that would be confusing for people when they're used
to the blog post stuff.

Andrew, I'm not sure exactly what the problem is here, could you explain
in more detail? I did notice that there was no confirmation message
after leaving feedback (regardless of whether a file was uploaded or
not) and I think I've fixed that now with 5c9dc65.
