Both have the collection title in them. As we may not see the full title
of a page when in tabbed form if it is long, this
I haven't seen a mockup, so am visualizing this in my mind...
Are we hanging onto the collection name for a specific user reason, or
because it's easier to code?
To me, it's redundant to have the collection name in addition to the
page name, if you are using a collection block.

Richard and I had a chat about this and we propose the following:
Show the page title instead of the collection title in the heading of
the page if "Page navigation", i.e. the tabbed navigation is turned off.
The collection title should then be displayed in the collection
navigation block. It doe

And bite-sized means that it shouldn't be a big deal to add, but could
be done quickly.

Hello Don,
I never thought it to be a big problem to only have the collection title
displayed, but then I use the tabbed navigation. If you don't have that,
then it does look misleading. I think it is a bug and not a feature.
Actually, there is a bug that plays in here as well: bug #897057

Note that the title were are talking about here is the heading at the
top of the page, not the HTML page title.
