Public bug reported: SWF files can be used in Mahara (1.2) successfully. However, they do not start to play immediately as they often do on other sites. Is is possible to have a play button (the forward-facing triangle) overlay to the files so that people know immediately that their file is there, it just needs a kick start? Public bug reported: Video files that can be embedded into a block can have a description. It only shows up when the files is added via File(s) to download or Folder, but not when they are embedded. It would be very useful to have the description show up below the video, e.g. to give brief instructions to start the video, display the credit etc. because then you don't have to use a textbox for that. Furthermore, you only get to the details page from the file or folder download blocks, but not when you click on the file link in the embedded media block virtually not allowing to view the detail page altogether.
