Tis is not quite easy and it has to be explained. I've created (well
updated) linkedinprofile bolcktype to display LinkedIn basic or full
profile or only contact information on Mahara webpage.
I've said that it is updated, since when I first created it, the
LinkedIn didn't offer their API, so the
No changes have been made to the default theme since Mahara 1.5 was
first installed. I did a fresh install and the default theme appears to
work and all buttons present. We use MySQL 5.5 for the database which is
the only difference. I guess something strange has happened during an
upgrade.
I have resolved the issue simply by removing all files from the default
theme folder and re-copying the files back in from the 1.8.1
installation/staging folder we used in the previous upgrade.

That's exactly what it is. The purpose is to preview and see which
artefacts have been selected to count towards institution's profile
completeness. That is the reason, that that progress bar always remains
at 0%.
