The patch https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/9254/7 allows one to have 2
certs in play at once and then to remove the older certificate via the
Admin -> Extensions interface.
What it is lacking is to be able to create a self-signed cert that
contains things like subjectAltName - due limitations in

I found a workaraound:
DL the js file an copy it to the js-root directory (www-root/js)
Open the web.php in lib directory
In line 222 replace the whole line with the internet url
with the following line
$headers[] = '';

I found the migrate.js in the released 18.10 version.
In Intranet-sites it cause the browser wait for internet.
