Actually htdocs/lib/upgrade.php is where you want to fix that, rather
than htdocs/lib/db/upgrade.php, otherwise new installs will still have
the privacy & about links, while existing sites will have them removed,
(which is the opposite of what we want).

No, that's not true at all. When you put a folder into a view, you are
supposed to be able to see all its content and all the contents of its
