When you are on the artefact details page on a page, the "More options"
button doesn't have a title tag. It should have it though so people can
hover over the button and see what it does.
Things to fix:
1. The screen reader text should state "More options" instead of just

When the content chooser on the page edit screen is displayed in tablet

Wall posts have lines around them making them look very boxy. These
lines shouldn't be there. The posts should look like in Mahara 18.10
(see screenshot).
To replicate:
1. Create user A and user B.
2. User A leaves messages on the wall

This is to make language strings in the menu and on the apps settings
page more consistent.
When you are on User menu -> Settings -> Apps /account/apps.php, you
should see "Connected apps" instead of "My applications" both in the
navigation menu as well as in the navigation

We should make the display_tag() function have an option where we can
