The tinymce editor does not use the same font family or weight as the
rest of mahara
To replicate:
1. go to a page with a tinymce editor, eg a page with a comment block
2. enter text into the editor
expected result: font styles should be the same as mahara
actual result:
[Expired for Mahara because there has been no activity for 60 days.]

TinyMCE editor is not displayed for the second time.
Steps to reproduce:
• log in as a user
• create a new page
• select to add a block with a wysiwyg editor
• the modal opens BUT do not save it(TinyMCE editor is showing), instead choose
to remove the block
• the modal
Adding the navigation block in the same position as in the original page
is a wishlist item. Follow-on pages may not have the same number of
columns.
In Mahara 19.10 we are moving to Gridstack, which gives even more
positioning options. I'm marking this wishlist item as not going to be
fixed as

When we post English and Japanese comments on a page "Add comment"
field, only Japanese characters are corrupted as the attached screenshot
(mahara_comment.png).
We can fix the issue using mb_convert_encoding function as below.
Hopefully this fix helps Mahara multibyte
