directory of the maharadata directory.
If this didn't exist, it complained with ugly error.

This is because the LiveUser object has id=0, and the can_edit_view
function checks the owner of the view against the id (both 0)

If it is due to buggy strptime, we could possibly increase php
dependencies from 5.2.0 to 5.3.0 and use date_parse_from_format instead,

I would suggest the following order myself:
Title+Desc-Layout-Content
It follows the transition that most users would take, ie set a title,
decide on general layout, add content.

The site admin gets Site Administration instead of User Administration
Will wait and see what Kristina thinks is the best for the site admin as well.

if you specify a quota larger than the maxium (as specified in
admin/extensions/pluginconfig.php?plugintype=artefactpluginname=filetype=file)
You would expect an error to show that it is above maxium, but there is none, a
user is created with the

ignored, and only sets it to the default setting...
