As I see it, we basically need to change lang strings that contain:
* "%%l" => "%%k" (and remove "%%p" from the string)
There are only 5 strings to replace.
They are located in: langconfig.php and interaction.formum.php

Hi Ghada,
Times are formatted differently in various languages, and the
translators can change the format according to their local requirements.
For Mahara core, I suggest we use:
Day Full Month Year, 24-hour format, e.g.
3 May 2019, 17:40
6 December 2019, 3:40
We would keep the "Today,
