Hi Darryl,
Thank you for taking up this bug and finishing it. I can't really say
which way is the best: all text above the buttons or like in your
screenshot. I am aware that most people will probably not read the text
and thus it would not matter whether the note is above the buttons or
not. I
I moved the text with the export link above the buttons, and changed the
content slightly. I've kept the note below the buttons - having all of
the text above the buttons feels too cluttered to me.

I'd like to re-open this bug as it has not yet been fixed and we just
got a question about it in the forums:

I would keep the notice simple and not introduce more buttons, but
certainly provide a link to the view / page export page.

My wording is more clumsy, Alan, but we need to make the distinction
between the different blocks. It will get easier once text boxes and
feedback are also reusable artefacts.
