Sometimes a teacher may wish not to display tutors to the standard group
members. An additional group setting to "Hide group members" would then
be to just hide tutors from the regular members of a group and / or the
general public.
Thus,
Hide membership: hide everybody, hide only tutors
Hide membership from members: hide everyone, hide only tutors
