When I am on the logged-out homepage of a fresh install, I get The noreply address setting is either empty or has an invalid email address. Please check the configuration in the <a href="http://mahara/admin/site/options.php?fs=emailsettings";>site options in the email settings</a>. -> The HTML code is displayed in clear-text instead of as link.
