Yes, it was just after the install finished. As I said, it's the same
message as in the admin area, but just not with the link but the HTML
code.

I can reproduce this bug. I would say the noreply address is not set in
config.php file.

I can see that this message could come then, though not sure how it could be on
any logged-out-home page.
The only other place is /admin/index.php, but that one is escaped as far as I
can tell.
