The documentation in the eduforge docs section mentions things like the admin releasing files, which I'm not sure are even possible. The documentation in general is very poor, and doesn't describe a workflow that works. We should investigate this code and see if a) it still works, b) how we can improve it and c) we should document it! Happily this still appears to be working as it should, and even sends the repeat virus uploader notification to the site admin.
