The second screenshot you added shows all the posts that person X has
access to, right? Person Y would not see them but a message saying You
can't see these posts or no block at all.

Hello Steve,
Thank you for the patch. Were you thinking of using our review system
instead (as Francois described above) so that your code could be
committed straight through there. In addition, you would also get credit
for it in git.

This may be tied to bug 548069. However, it seems like that also newer
accounts, created after the fix was released, on an updated Mahara,
could still have no email address associated with them.
Richard said this might be the case due to how accounts were created,
e.g. if
I also like this idea because it makes it transparent to the user who
