The page editor hangs when profile or resume blocks are dragged into a
page. Here's a video from Firefox 11:

Same issue experienced at University of Kent.
Adding profile and resume blocks to a page takes around 1 - 2 minutes
for the options box to load, worst case was over 3 minutes. Seems to
affect administrators more so than standard users, however the waiting
time for standard users is not
Who will decide this feature is available for groups: site admin or
institution admin or respectively both of them?

Group pages
Good question. For portfolio pages it is the site admin who decides
about page themes. However, I would prefer it to be an institution
setting. I think when Gregor and I talked about skins, we agreed that
the institution admin should be able to decide that and not just the
site admin.

As best I can tell, the forum mails send you to the comment in the forum
context, and the notifications in the user's inbox send them to the same
place.
