Hello everyone,
I sent an e-mail about my problem last night, and had a few responses,
but I wanted to send another e-mail with some more information. Below
are the steps I have used to get mm-handler installed. I believe I have
followed the instructions, but I may have left something out or

Hi,
I'm trying to use mailman to create a mailing list but i'm having

I'm using mailman-2.1.1-25 and postfix-2.0.6-14 as the MTA.
I installed the RPMS from the suse 8.2 OS, that's what i'm using

Hello all!
I'm new to the list, from what I can tell, Mailman has the features I'd like to use in
setting up a mailing list for my local congregation - specifically, the topic
categories feature. I'm thinking it probably makes most sense right now just to go to
a hosting company until I'm sur

There's no mailman port here, but in case you want some other
backports for Debian, www.backports.org is helpful. Perhaps mailman
will show up there at some point.

Hello,
I've got mailman (2.1.1) running on a FreeBSD machine. It's all working
normally, except that when people subscribe to a list via email
(listname-request), they sometimes get 2 confirmation mails, with
different unique IDs for each.
For example:

Hi all,
this is a question from a very newbie...
I have setup lists with MM 2.1.3 and Postfix on Debian.
Those lists are configured with the confirm and approve steps for
subscription in the Privacy options.
This has worked for a while and some people got subscribed through the
two steps.

2) When I try to post a message to the list created
with the error msg as above I get in rep
