If I set both lists to public, only one will show up.
Both lists? There's a lot of configuration

That's part of the external MIME header for the message itself.
What about the content-transfer-encoding, content-type, and

Folks,
OK, I seem to have somehow gotten totally corrupted .pck and .pck.last
files for one of my lists. Since they contained no good data, I moved
them out of the way and recreated the list.
Now, the Outgoing qrunner won´t start giving me the

I had a RedHat Linux server running mailman 2.1.5. I am trying to
determine what causes a message to be shunted. I have mailman configured
for smtpdirect to my primary mailserver. When I use the unshunt command
the message is delivered but the .pck file remains in the qfiles/sunt

Hi,
I have a problem discarding pending messages for the admin.
One of our mail lists has accumulated over 10,000 (ten thousand) spam
messages.
The web page to show pending messages, after several minutes, maybe an hour,
still seems to be churning away, so fix methods based on looking at the web
Anyone know where I can get to the Only authorized persons can post to

Hi,
One of the mailman faq's for a university, not sure which one, mentioned
that with their installation, pending requests were discarded after 3 days.
Is that a custom change to mailman, or is there a way to configure that in
mailman 2.1.5? I couldn't see a way to do it from the web interface
Hi I have read through the documentation and I havent been able to answer
my problem. I want something to make so just the admin can post and the
other can just read, or an annoucement list.

I started a Mailman list about 4 months ago and it has been working great. A
few days ago Mailman appears to have stopped sending out emails to the list.
Also, when someone submits an email I don't receive an email saying that
there is an email that is waiting for administrative approval.

Hello,
I have found the /templates/ directory and this is very helpful for
customizing certain things. Also, I am getting pretty familiar with the
administrative interface to mailman v. 2.1.3, but I don't think I can
edit e-mail command request messages.

I am a big beginner to Mailman! So here is my beginner question...
How do you send a command request to Mailman?
Like restart.
I believe my qrunner has stopped running.
Thank you in advance!

You use the mailmanctl command-line program.

My list isn't up and running yet, as I'm testing it out first, but
could this be a bug?...
To change their options, a user would get to the options page and make
changes, whilst being asked for a password to authenticate - all well
