Did the domainname change for the host? If so, you might need to fix
the URL for each list. Check to make sure that DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST and
DEFAULT_URL_HOST are defined properly in mm_cfg.py. Then run this
command for each list:
/usr/local/mailman/bin/withlist -l -r fix_url list

Yep, I had the DEFAULT_URL_HOST changed but hadn't
run the /usr/local/mailman/bin/withlist -l -r fix_url list
command. That fixed it.
