There is no email interface for list administration.

Our mailman server stopped sending out the following notifications:
Uncaught Bounce notifications
Notification a sender gets when a post has been moderated
Notifications to moderators and list admins of any kind

There are some things that I need to be refreshed and I haven't found
them yet in the docs.

Ubuntu
Apache
ISPConfig
Postfix
Mailman
As far as I know, Ubuntu, Apache, ISPConfig, and Postfix are running ok. I
verified this by:
- ssh'ing into the ubuntu server
- logging into the ISPConfig pages on the server using a browser
- sending/receiving email
I recently installed mailman on a new Ubuntu server.
The setup went through without a hitch ... Or so I thought.
When I try to log into my installation of mailman using a browser:
http://www.myhostname.com/cgi-bin/mailman/admin, there is a 404 error page.

I don't know what the trailing mailman is about, but the above
basically means that as far as Apache is concerned you don't have any
named hosts.
