I have found quite a few descriptions about this, but none of them seems to be
able to solve the problem.

Messages from my list almost never make it to Yahoo recipients. If I post

The list is an announce-only list, where the announcements are made
the first working day of each month. What bounce parameters are
suggested for this list? Thanks.
