qfiles/in dir suddenly gets bottlenecked (by mostly spam) seemingly
waiting on spamassassin.
I look at the syslog and it shows its processing 1 email every 10-20 seconds

Is there a way I can download a file with all the subscriber settings? This is
a quick thing and I don't have the time to dig through all the documentation.
