Decorate.process is called by Mailman/Handlers/SPTPDirect.py to apply
the replacements to msg_header and msg_footer and add them to the

GNU Mailman project does not do this (never did). Our docs are

installing our crontab as a user crontab

I've just created new mailing list and successfully configured it through

Now I try to change some subscribers' params on page Membership Management.
But it does not work! (No changes appear recorded after form submitting.)
I've noticed that in source of this page the form action

successfully delivered to the list because of Approved: pseudo

list.ournet.biz virtual host configuration and restart Apache
webserver.
This force server to return main listinfo page in koi8-r encoding, as
well as all list-specific listinfo pages.
This should help because server encoding

For example, I have announcement list with two classes of subscribers:
- posters, who are allowed to post to the list (subscribed by admin)
- silent members who just receive posts from the first
I have an idea to create another list whose members can post to the
