work fine.
Any suggestions as to why this might be happening? Nothing significant has
changed in the server configuration lately.

have lists? In that case, I'm sure that qmail (and everything else) would
barf.

idea what might be going on, or where I should look to find
out (i.e. log files, etc). There is nothing in the mailmain/logs/errors
file.
Might try looking in your MTA (sendmail, exim, whatever) log files
(/var/log/mail/...)
