The time to deliver digest messages is set to noon. Is this a Mailman
choice or a RedHat choice.
# Noon, mail digests for lists that do periodic as well as threshhold
delivery.

We are using Mailman version: 2.1.9 on RedHat. I've modified the default
way that admins can add members, since some admins cannot be trusted. Now
all admins may only invite people to join a list, not add people directly.
Is there a newer version of Mailman that gives this option per list;
Acoshi,
It sounds like your subscription may be set to digest. If that is not the
case, you may want to post the full message headers of the delivered
message, or at least the Received: lines.

I received a question from one of our mailing list owners. Is there a way
to see the dates of member subscriptions? If not, is there a way for the
owner to receive an email when a new member joins the list? Below is the
message from the owner, which may describe the question better.

I sent a subscribe command to join a listserv and received two confirmation
messages. Could this be the result of putting the word subscribe into the
subject as well as the body? If not, any other ideas?
Could this be a bug or should we use only body or subject?

Is there a way for a list owner to see all subscribers of a list on one web
page? One list has 140 members. Or can a list be requested via email?
I know that I, as listserv admin, can get this list via the gui.

How would I set a MAX_MESSAGE_SIZE to 5MB, for example, for all lists? Or
would this need to be done in the MTA?
I would leave the DEFAULT_MAX_MESSAGE_SIZE to 40 KB, but don't want list
owners to set it to 0 (unlimited).

There doesn't seem to be an option to have a system generated password when
running bin/newlist from the command line. Is this correct? If so, I would
appreciate this be added as an enhancement request.
The ability to create a list from the command line is good since it creates
