1. Configured mailman using command
* sudo ./congigure –with-gid-id=1000*
and configuration is successful for above
2. I installed mailman from repository and start mailman using command
* sudo /etc/init.d/mailman start*
mailman is started successfully
how could I get

There is no such thing. Mailman uses a set

The only GUI for Mailman is the web interface, and that doesn't cover
all of the things you may want/need to do. For
