When I checked my mailing list member email addresses, I came across an email account which contains a colon (:), which shouldn't be there of course.

I am quite sure that I should add some email syntax check to my own subscription script. But now I have this email in a list and it won't go, whatever I try.

It looks like this:

        name:familyn...@domain.tld

How can I get rid of it?
