In what way does it fail? Do you get an "undeliverable" notice back in
response to your mail

I'm new to mailman and have installed it on a hosting service's linux
machine using sendmail.
Everything seems to work properly except that when I try to send mail to the
list from a computer not on the local network, whether it be subscribe,
post, etc..., it does not work.
Any ideas?
