[Mailman-Users] List with Spanish

I have someone who wants the list name NFBEspañol-talk. How do I get the Spanish accent into the system. I can cut and paste into the web UI but don't know how to get it into virtusertable etc., or even if it is possible. Dave David Andrews and white cane Harry.
