I often write *plaintext* messages that include Markdown-ish syntax in them, but I don't want actual Markdown styling applied to the outgoing message. Like the fourth word in the first sentence. How do I get Mailmate to *default* to my outgoing messages being plaintext instead of Markdown?

Hi I’m having an issue with a new O365 account - I added it successfully, I got the authentication prompt via web browser and I can receive without issue. Yet I get this error for SMTP 4.5.11 Too many authentication errors (4) on this connection, closing transmission channel.
