when i want a new mailbox in an account, i have to NewIMAPMailbox, and
then rename it, and move it to the alpha sort order in the account.
these i can understand.
but then i have to EditIMAPAccount, EditSubscriptions and check the box
and commit so that the mailbx remains visible. this seems sill
