Let’s say that my Mac burns up in a fire and I lose access to my Fastmail

Mailmate, it grabs the SMTP server from my old Tuffmail account, even if
it's offline. But all my mail is coming to my Fastmail account. What
would be wrong with putting my Fastmail SMTP server in my Tuffmail

I have a Tuffmail account and new Fastmail account. I found that mail is
automatically sent via the Tuffmail smtp and I had no choice. I can't
seem to tell Mailmate what account I'm sending from. I will soon delete
the Tuffmail account.
