This is bugging me too. I used to use shift-tab to focus the mailbox list. Now a single shift-tab focuses the gear menu at the bottom of the mailbox list. A second shift-tab focuses the search box. A (non-shifted) tab from the search box focuses the mailbox list. So there’s definitely some tab
