Manually: Select the account under SOURCES, enable the “Size” message list column, and click on the header of the column to sort by size.
Smart folder: This is not easily done because MailMate cannot be told to find emails with a (virtual) header value larger/smaller than some integer value. A workaround would be a custom bundle command which, e.g., tagged incoming emails larger than X MB. And then have a smart folder showing emails with this tag.
